Performing various tasks to setup, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, ancillary equipment
- Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.
- Follow standardized work to execute tasks correctly.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Inspecting product to meet specifications and making the necessary adjustments if needed.
- Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.
- Ability to learn concepts, practices, and procedures within the digital print field.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.
- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
- Ability to multi-task and operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal downtime.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels of the business.
- Daily housekeeping and sanitation task as defined by standard work.
Skills & proficiencies:
- Knowledge of production procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read schematics, and manuals.
- Above average analytical skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Comfortable operating lift equipment.
- Ability to Work Independently or as a team.
- Ability to Multi-task.
- Capable of standing for long periods of time.
- Must be able to execute periods of repetitive motions.
- Basic knowledge of computers.

3rd shift has a $2.00 shift differential.
