Sunset Tire & Auto Center is hiring an experienced General Manager to lead both of our locations — and we're not your typical shop. What You'll Do:
As GM, you'll run the day-to-day of both locations — driving sales, managing and motivating your teams, overseeing operations, and making sure every customer leaves happier than when they walked in. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the automotive business inside and out and isn't afraid to lead from the front.
Duties include:
✅ Oversee daily operations across both shop locations
✅ Recruit, train, and manage staff at each location
✅ Set and drive sales goals and revenue targets
✅ Monitor shop performance, inventory, and P&L for both locations
✅ Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction at every visit
✅ Maintain quality control and safety/compliance standards
✅ Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
✅ Coach and motivate your team to hit performance goals
✅ Handle scheduling and staffing across both shops
✅ Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges
What We're Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in the automotive industry
✅ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow a team
✅ Strong understanding of shop operations, sales, and customer service
✅ A drive to win — and to bring your team with you

* $90,000–$150,000/year (based on experience) + bonus/commission structure
* Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm — weekends OFF
