Join a Team That Takes Ownership of Every Detail
Champion Pines is looking for an Assistant Property Manager who's ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work alongside the Community Manager to run the operations of a twenty-one-acre sprawling and vibrant community — touching everything from leasing and resident experience to financial reporting and team leadership. If you love a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to meet you.
This is a role with real ownership and a clear path to a Community Manager seat.
What You'll Do-
Lease, renew, retain: You'll tour prospects when leasing is busy, run the renewal process from notice to signature, and personally handle the resident issues that need a manager's touch. Your fingerprints will be on every retention win.
-
Drive financial performance: You'll own daily ledger management, lead the delinquency process, and partner on monthly variance reporting and budget season. You'll learn to read a P&L like an owner — and you'll have the numbers to back up the recommendations you make.
-
Keep the operation humming: From coordinating maintenance work orders to managing vendors to walking the property and catching what others miss — you're the operational backbone. When the Community Manager is out, you step in seamlessly.
-
Grow into leadership: You'll mentor leasing consultants, lead team meetings when asked, and build the management skills that prepare you for your next role.
