Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Seasoned Bartender to elevate our guests' experience through exceptional service and hospitality. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with knowledge of classic cocktails
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Operate Aloha POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and change, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in food service or hospitality settings; brewery and event experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in POS systems ;familiarity with cash handling, cashiering, and retail math is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a lively atmosphere while maintaining professionalism.
- Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting adds value.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment. Must have more than one speed when working!
