Elemental Aesthetics is a physician-led medical spa in Mesa dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and natural, results-driven aesthetic treatments. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, professional environment where both patients and team members feel valued.
We are seeking a Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to the growth of a locally owned medical spa. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people while also expressing creativity through social media marketing.
This is a full-time position (4 days/week, approximately 35–40 hours per week).
Position Responsibilities
Front Desk
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries.
- Check patients in and out efficiently.
- Confirm appointments and manage scheduling.
- Prepare charts and maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health record (Charm EHR).
- Manage patient rewards programs (Alle, Aspire, etc.).
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support other team members as needed.
Social Media
- Create and publish a minimum of 3 high-quality social media posts per week, along with supporting Stories and short-form video content as appropriate. (Instagram, Facebook, and other channels as needed).
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, products, providers, and the office environment.
- Collaborate with providers to highlight services, promotions, patient education, and before-and-after results (when appropriate).
- Write engaging captions that reflect the Elemental Aesthetics brand.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and assist with content planning.
- Stay current with social media trends and suggest creative marketing ideas to increase engagement and attract new patients.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling/EHR software.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable taking initiative while working independently.
- Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or skincare.
Preferred
- Previous front desk, receptionist, concierge, or customer service experience.
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or healthcare office.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
- Basic photography, videography, or graphic design skills (Canva experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus.

Schedule
Office hours are currently:
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Applicants should be available to work our full schedule. Flexibility is appreciated as office hours may occasionally change.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
