We take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to be the face of our front-of-house team.
Job Summary: As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive first impression. You'll manage reservations, service to-go orders, seat guests efficiently, and help maintain the overall flow of service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
- Manage reservations and waitlists using our reservation system, Toast Tables
- Prep online to-go orders and answer to-go phone orders
- Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house area
- Coordinate with manager to optimize seating flow
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Light bussing, clean and reset tables
- Run food from the kitchen to tables
- Provide menus and relay any special information (daily specials, events)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
