seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Key Holder, you will be entrusted with opening and closing the store, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store according to schedule
- Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized service
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Handle cash register and process transactions
- Ensure inventory is stocked and organized
- Assist with store displays and merchandising
- Provide leadership and support to other team members when needed
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience (key holder experience is a plus)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- Must be able to lift and move merchandise as needed
