We are direct to lender, which means we match every deal to the best funding source, whether that is in-house or through our capital markets relationships. Our real estate development background lets us consult on deal analytics, rehab budgets, and viability not just write checks. We are growing fast, and we are looking for Loan Consultants ready to build a book that compounds.
The Role
This is a sales and origination seat. You own your pipeline from first conversation to closing. You prospect, qualify borrowers, structure deals, and build the relationships that keep them coming back. Strong operational support sits behind you, but you are measured on what you close. If you need to be managed or motivated from the outside, this is not the right fit. If you check your pipeline before breakfast and treat every missed deal like a personal loss keep reading.
What You Will Be Doing
- Originating new construction, fix-and-flip, DSCR, Fix-and-lease, bridge, and refinance
- Underwriting deals on asset value, LTV, and exit strategy
- Matching every deal to the right funding source, in-house hard money or capital markets
- Consulting on deal analytics, rehab budgets, and viability
- Running an active pipeline with relentless follow-up
- Building referral relationships with investors, brokers, and wholesalers
- Driving deals to close working directly with processing and underwriting

This means you are never limited to a single product set. Whatever your client’s investment strategy, you have the right tool for the job.
In addition to originating our in-house hard money funding, you will have access to brokered capital markets products at wholesale pricing, including:
- DSCR loans for cash-flowing investment properties
- Long-term investment mortgages for buy-and-hold strategies
- Bridge and transitional lending across asset classes
- New construction and ground-up development financing
The goal is simple: no matter what a client needs, you can close it. This dual-channel model directly expands your commission potential across every segment of the investment lending space.
Who We Are Looking For
- 2+ years in hard money lending, private lending or real estate finance
- A proven closing record you can speak to
- An active network of investors, brokers, or wholesalers
- Strong on the phone prospecting, and closing
- Command of LTV, LTC, BRRRR, DSCR, and exit strategies
- Self-directed, discipline, built for remote production
- Bilingual English and Spanish, spoken and written, strongly preferred
