We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Preparation Worker to join our team. As a Food Preparation Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in menu planning, food handling, and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning and preparation of food items
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and cutting food items
- Cook and assemble dishes according to established standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with catering events as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
