Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Gymnastics Office Assistant and/or Coach to join our team. This role involves working in the front office of a busy gymnastics facility, providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and coaching gymnastics programs as needed. The ideal candidate will have a background in gymnastics as a gymnast AND coach, along with experience working with children. This position offers an engaging environment where team leadership, client communication, and coaching skills are essential to ensure a positive experience for our members and their families.
Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling registration processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential families through clear communication and professional demeanor.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, maintaining records, and processing payments.
- Collaborate with management team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the gym.
- Support the coaching staff by assisting during classes and ensuring lesson plans and safety protocols are followed.
- Lead or assist in coaching gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages teamwork among staff and positive experiences for children participating in programs.
Requirements
- Background in gymnastics as a gymnast and coach .
- Prior experience working with children in a sports or educational setting.
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide both children and staff.
- Excellent client communication skills to interact positively and professionally with parents, students, and colleagues.
- Ability to perform coaching duties safely and effectively across different skill levels.
- Organized with good attention to detail for administrative responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, strong and reliable work ethic, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic sports environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
