CDL-A OTR Dry Van Truck Driver– | New 2026 Freightliners
1099 Contract | South Elgin, IL | Up to $0.75 CPM
RAYAN AUTO LLC is hiring experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van fleet based out of South Elgin, Illinois. We are looking for professional, safety-focused drivers who are committed to delivering freight safely and on time.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with consistent miles, newer equipment, and a performance-based pay structure that rewards experience and long-term commitment.
Compensation:
Solo Drivers
- Start at $0.65 CPM or 28% of gross revenue
- $0.70 CPM or 30% of gross after 6 months
- $0.75 CPM or 32% of gross after 12 months
Team Drivers
- Start at $0.85 CPM
- $0.90 CPM after 6 months
Additional Pay:
- Extra $0.05 CPM for drivers who stay on the road for 10 or more consecutive weeks
- DOT inspection bonuses

- 2026 Freightliner Cascadia
- Automatic transmission
- Electric APU (EPU)
- Refrigerator
Schedule
- 6 weeks over the road
- 1 full week home
- Dry van freight
- Consistent freight from premium customers and brokers
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Clean MVR
- No SAP program history
- No DUI convictions
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
