Your Role
- Lead daily field operations on commercial roofing projects
- Ensure safety standards, quality requirements, and production goals are consistently met
- Read and interpret blueprints and enforce system specifications
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of commercial roofing experience
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing crews effectively
- Expert knowledge on Standing Seam Metal Roofs
- Solid understanding of the local market (weather patterns and how they impact busy and slow periods)
- Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius
