and master’s level. Ability to successfully advise, instruct, evaluate, and motivate
first generation college students.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in assessment of writing and critical thinking.
- Ability to be adaptable, collegial, and dedicated to student-centered and writing
intensive teaching.
- Ability to learn Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University’s learning
management system (Blackboard Ultra) and integrate the platform into teaching
practices to include gradebook features.
