Front Desk Associate/Patient Concierge (Part-Time with potential of Full-time) – RevitalIV | Jupiter, FL
RevitalIV is a premier, physician-led anti-aging, wellness, and aesthetics clinic located in Jupiter, Florida. We specialize in advanced IV therapy, hormone optimization, peptides, and cutting-edge longevity treatments.
Our clinic delivers a high-end, concierge-level experience to every client. We are growing rapidly and looking for a professional, motivated, and energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team.
Position Overview
This role is the first impression of our clinic. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while also supporting sales and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Educate clients on services and assist with sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day operations
- Follow up with incoming leads
- Use a CRM/ERM to manage patient appointments and conversations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to convert inquiries into bookings
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use computers efficiently
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in medical, wellness, or medspa setting
- Familiarity with EMR and CRM systems
- Social Media
- Ability to work events
Schedule
- Part-time
- Must be available Mondays and Fridays during the week 8:30-5:00pm
- Must also be available 2 weekend days per month 8:30-3:00pm
- Potential for full-time
- Flexability a plus
