Job Description
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on ABF equipment as well as other assigned duties. Actual duties and schedule may vary depending on terminal location.
Requirements
Experience:
- 2 years of verifiable Tractor/Trailer maintenance experience. (Other applicants with the proper vocational training will be considered.)
Additional Requirements:
- Good previous work and work attendance record.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and post-offer company physical.
- Be available to work ANY SHIFT ANY DAY.
- Shift days and hours required for this position vary by location and may include days, nights, and/or weekends. Being able to work the required hours at this location will be considered a minimum requirement.

- This is a hourly position paid weekly.
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the starting hourly rate for this position is $33.27. This position offers union scale wages, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with no employee premium cost, retirement through a multi‑employer pension fund, life insurance, 7 annual sick days, 8-14 paid holidays, and up to 5 weeks of vacation with long‑term service. Employees also have access to a company sponsored 401(k) and the ABF Stock Purchase Plan.
