The role of the Maintenance Technician is to handle all day-to-day maintenance responsibilities and maintain the Company’s buildings & grounds.
T Wall Enterprises Mgt, LLC is looking for a motivated, self-starter to handle maintenance duties at apartment communities in the Madison area. You will be required to work 40 hours per week which will consist of weekdays and occasional weekend hours. You will perform maintenance duties, cleaning, and grounds work as directed by the Property Manager. Must have a positive attitude and good communication skills. This is a full-time hourly position and offers competitive pay based on experience.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Checking-in/communicating with Property Manager
o Repairs--servicing residential customers in a timely manner with a positive attitude and good communication
o Grounds clean-up both interior and exterior
o Purchasing/stocking parts and supplies as needed
o Perform routine preventative maintenance
o Handling after-hours maintenance emergencies in a rotating on-call schedule
o Performing detailed grounds and maintenance duties in a timely manner
o Apartment turnover/prepping apartments
o Some knowledge of basic HVAC & appliance repair
o CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred but not required
o Working with contractors and vendors as needed
o Some snow removal duties
o All candidates must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
o Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
o Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and the passing of a drug test.
