Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Competitive earnings: $58,000 – $70,000+ annually
- $1,000 signing bonus
- Commission structure:
- Up to 7% on furniture sales
- Up to 25% on additional services
- Guaranteed pay rate to support your success
- Paid on written sales
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Guide customers through their furniture-buying journey with warmth and style
- Promote our Free In-Home Design Program to help clients bring their dream spaces to life
- Build strong relationships and deliver top-notch customer service
- Stay on top of trends, styles, and product knowledge
- Keep the showroom looking sharp and welcoming
- Weekends and holidays—our busiest (and most exciting!) times
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience or 1+ year in a customer-facing role
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A competitive spirit and a drive to exceed goals
- Team player with a positive attitude and a love for learning
