We're looking for energetic, competitive go-getters who are comfortable talking to homeowners, working neighborhoods and turning conversations into qualified roofing inspections.
No roofing experience is required. We can teach roofing. We can't teach drive.

$18–$20/hour + performance incentives and bonuses

What You'll Do
You'll work targeted neighborhoods impacted by recent hail and help connect homeowners with our roofing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Canvassing residential neighborhoods
Speaking directly with homeowners
Identifying potential storm-damaged properties
Generating qualified roof inspection opportunities
Scheduling inspections with homeowners/decision-makers
Accurately documenting homeowner and property information
Working strategically around active Kapella Roofing projects
Coordinating with our roofing sales team
Helping build neighborhood presence and referrals
