We are seeking an energetic, resourceful self-starter for our part-time Office Marketing Coordinator position. As the primary point of contact within the office during scheduled hours, this person will help create a welcoming, engaging environment while building strong relationships with our agents and encouraging them to utilize the office as a valuable resource for their business.
The right candidate is tech-savvy, quick to learn new platforms, and able to manage the listing marketing process while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the office with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.

The Office Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Operations & Administration and work closely with a team of Real Estate Sales Associates and the broader leadership team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Foster strong relationships with agents and actively help create an office atmosphere that encourages collaboration, connection, and engagement.
- Assist in integrating new agents into the office.
- Act as the liaison between clients and agents.
- Act as the liaison between agents and the GSIR leadership, operations, marketing, and accounting teams.
- Provide administrative support, including ordering supplies, maintaining office inventory, and depositing checks as needed.
- Interface with phone, printer, and technology vendors when necessary.
- Maintain familiarity with company and brand intranet updates and guide agents to the appropriate resources.
- Monitor and complete marketing requests.
- Create, revise, and proofread marketing collateral for agents and new listings.
- Utilize existing templates within online design software while adhering to brand standards.
- Edit templates and content within approved marketing platforms.
- Prioritize tasks effectively while independently managing daily responsibilities and responding to changing business needs.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and brand consistency.
- Administrative experience, including office supply management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Advanced proficiency with Apple products.
- Strong technology skills with the ability to learn and support a variety of real estate platforms.
- Professional, dependable, and resourceful.
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday (schedule to be determined)
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
