We’re a fast-growing, farm-to-table cafe concept operating a high-volume flagship location in Haleiwa and a grab-and-go concept on the West side (Ko'olina Resort)
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead both locations, maintain and improve systems and develop our team as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across both locations
- Hire, train, and develop staff and shift leads
- Manage schedules and control labor costs
- Ensure consistency in food quality and service
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Build systems that improve efficiency and reduce chaos
- Step into service when needed during peak hours
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in restaurant or cafe management (multi-location preferred)
- Strong leadership presence—people naturally follow you
- Highly organized and systems-oriented
- Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Able to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
Compensation & Perks
