Earth’s Harvest Kitchen & Juicery is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House team member to join us! While we are a counter-service style restaurant, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and a welcoming guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and fresh juices
- Greet guests and provide warm, attentive service
- Take orders and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions
- Run food and maintain dining room cleanliness
- Assist with basic food prep (chopping fruits and vegetables, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Barista experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- Open availability preferred
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Schedule & Perks:
- Part-time or Full-time available
- Hours of operation: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM daily (no late nights!)
- Competitive hourly base pay plus a substantial tip pool
- Weekends are a must
