Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to meet individual client needs.
- Administer advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser hair removal, eyelash extensions, and microdermabrasion with precision and safety.
- Waxing services to ensure smooth results and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to health regulations during all treatments to ensure client safety.
- Use salon software like Jane for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
- Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their goals, educate them on treatment options, and promote retail skincare products.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and esthetic tools to enhance ongoing skin health at home.
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, check-in and check-out services.
- Assist providers room clients and assist with procedures.
- Chart thoroughly on procedures and task in Jane.
Experience
- Proven experience working as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser procedures.
- Familiarity with salon software systems like Jane for booking appointments and managing client information.
- Hands-on experience performing waxing services.
- Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety protocols related to esthetic treatments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about aesthetic options and skincare routines.
- Additional ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry trends.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
