About the Role
As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in transforming raw materials into high-performance industrial components. You will utilize your technical expertise to operate advanced machinery, ensuring every part meets exacting standards for quality and precision.
Responsibilities-
Execute the assembly of complex machinery by interpreting detailed blueprints and technical schematics.

Perform static and dynamic balancing of rotating assemblies to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Operate grinding equipment to achieve high-precision tolerances within ±0.0002 inches.

Manage CNC program adjustments, including editing code and applying offsets to maintain production efficiency.

Utilize overhead cranes and material handling equipment to safely maneuver heavy components.

Conduct rigorous quality inspections using precision gauging tools to detect defects and ensure compliance with specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a machining or CNC environment.

Demonstrated ability to work with tight tolerances and precision measurement tools like micrometers and snap gauges.

Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints.

Hands-on experience with CNC program editing and machine setup.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Prior experience operating industrial cranes or walk-behind lifts.

Technical certification or formal training in machining processes.
