Flat Roofing Foreman – Torch Down & PVC

Anderson Roofing is hiring an experienced Flat Roofing Foreman to lead and work alongside crews installing high-quality flat roofing systems on residential and commercial properties throughout the Puget Sound region.

Responsibilities
- Lead and work hands-on with flat roofing crews
- Install and oversee:
- Torch down roofing systems
- PVC roofing systems
- Flat roof repairs and waterproofing details
- Coordinate daily jobsite production and maintain quality standards
- Ensure quality installs and jobsites stay clean, safe, and professional
- Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff
- Document work with photos and daily updates
- Train and mentor crew members
- Monitor crew hours, additional billable hours and electronic time card compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years of flat roofing experience
- 3+ years of foreman experience
- Strong experience with torch down and PVC roofing systems
- Ability to read plans and troubleshoot roofing details
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to drive dump trucks and tow trailers.
- Comfortable working on residential and commercial projects
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
