We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Spa Manager to lead our new spa operations and deliver exceptional wellness experiences for our guests. The candidate has to be a licensed cosmetologist and preferably has a manager license as well, is a strong leader with a background in hospitality management who can motivate a team while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations and staff scheduling
- Lead and support spa therapists
- Ensure outstanding guest service and handle client concerns
- Comfortable with social media posts and interaction
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Drive revenue through spa services and retail sales
- Checking clients in and out
Requirements
- Holds valid DC cosmetology license
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilitie
- Speak fluent English
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
