Six months to one year of shipping or distribution experience
SUMMARY
The International Coordinator executes all Truckline International Shipping activities – including picking, packing, labeling, documentation, and pallet preparation – to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing of all international orders while supporting broader warehouse operations as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Truckline International Shipping
· Performs systematic picking of all assigned international orders using RF scanning tools and system interfaces
· Execute end‑to‑end picking and packing responsibilities to support accurate international order fulfillment.
- Processes international sales orders and related transactions within the enterprise resource planning platform.
- Prepares and ships all outbound international orders using shipping system applications.
Labeling and Palletizing
- Apply all required labels and documentation for international shipments, including hazmat (ground, air, ocean) and packing slips
- Prepares pallets for shipping, including wrapping, weighing and capturing dimensional data
- Performs corner-boarding and ensures use of heat-treated pallets for all applicable international shipments
General Responsibilities
- Completes required documentation for International Shipping, including SED and Customs Documentation
- Supports overall shipping operations by performing related tasks as assigned
- Maintains Hazmat certification in Limited Quantity Multimodal (DOT/IATA/IMDG)
- Executes additional duties as needed to ensure compliant and efficient international shipping workflows
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 6 months related experience
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, labels and shipping documentation
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for counts and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Distribution and GMP – regulated environment
- Forklift experience and RF scanning proficiency
- Basic Excel Proficiency
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Ability to lift and manipulate up to 25 lbs unaided
- Ability to stand for prolonged period
