Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in seeing a finished project done right? TNT Customs is looking for the right person to join our team as a Truck Accessories & Protective Coatings Technician.
No professional installation or bedliner experience is required. We will fully train the right person. What we’re looking for is someone with basic mechanical knowledge, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the desire to learn a skilled trade.

TNT Customs has been serving Cheyenne and the surrounding area for more than 20 years. We are a full-service automotive repair, truck accessory, off-road customization, and protective coatings shop.
Our work ranges from everyday vehicles to Jeeps, trucks, work vehicles, and custom off-road builds. We take pride in quality workmanship, great customer service, and creating a workplace where people can develop their skills and build a long-term career.
What You'll Do
You’ll receive hands-on training to become proficient in:
- Preparing trucks and other vehicles for spray-in bedliner and protective coatings
- Applying professional spray-in bedliner products
- Installing truck accessories and aftermarket equipment
- Installing items such as running boards, tonneau covers, hitches, bumpers, lighting, and other accessories
- Disassembling and reassembling vehicle components as needed
- Properly masking, prepping, cleaning, and finishing vehicles
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets TNT Customs' quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Working alongside experienced automotive and off-road professionals
This is a hands-on position where attention to detail matters. We aren't interested in rushing vehicles out the door—we want the job done correctly and something you can be proud to put your name on.
Who We're Looking For
You do not need previous bedliner or accessory installation experience. We can teach those skills.
You should have:
- Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience using common hand and power tools
- A willingness and ability to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability and a good work ethic
- The ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pride in producing high-quality work
- A positive, professional attitude
Having a small set of your own basic hand tools is a plus.
