Office Manager
Achieving Milestones Pediatric Therapy is seeking an organized, compassionate, and experienced Office Manager to join our growing team in Celina, Texas. This leadership role oversees daily clinic operations, supports the administrative team, and helps ensure every child and family receives an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, family-centered environment.
- Supervise, coach, and support front office staff while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees in collaboration with leadership and Human Resources.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflows and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
- Monitor scheduling, staffing coverage, and office supply inventory.
- Support patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and front office functions as needed.
- Partner with leadership on operational improvements, employee performance, and clinic goals.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and required workplace training.
- Coordinate staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
- Track key performance indicators and implement improvements to support clinic growth.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing activities.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive team culture.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a healthcare or medical office; pediatric therapy experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical scheduling, insurance verification, and healthcare billing preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
