Our caregivers work in partnership with the CompassCare Care Team and office staff to provide the highest level of care and service.

Provide concierge-level care, companionship, and meaningful engagement.

Assist with enrichment activities, outings, and social events.
-
Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities.

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.

Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.

Follow individualized care plans.

Complete daily documentation and communicate with the CompassCare Care Team.

Authorized to work in the United States

Minimum 2 years of one-on-one senior caregiving experience

Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus.

Reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)

HHA, CNA, or any other Certification related to Senior Home Care.

CPR Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain before starting)

Strong communication and client service skills
