The Colchester Parks & Recreation Department is seeking energetic, responsible, and creative individuals to join our A.C.E. Afterschool Program team for the 2026–2027 school year!

Afterschool Staff help provide a safe, supportive, and enriching experience for school-age children through games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, STEM activities, homework support, and more.

All applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
: Part-time hourly rate starting at $25/hour DOE. Hours of work would be Monday-Friday 2:30 - 6:00 p.m., during the school year. Must possess an associate, bachelor’s or master’s degree.
: Must be at least 18 years old. Part-time hourly rate starting at $19/hour DOE. Hours of work would be 2:30 – 6:00 p.m. or 2:45 - 6:00 p.m. (work 2, 3, 4 or 5 days)
: Must be at least 16 years old. Part-time hourly rate starting at $17/hour DOE. Hours of work would be 2:30 – 6:00 p.m. or 2:45 - 6:00 p.m. (work 2, 3, 4 or 5 days)
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
