Experienced HVAC Service Technician & Installer

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

What You'll Do
- Install residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and airflow issues
- Install and modify ductwork and ventilation systems
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Recover, evacuate, and charge refrigeration systems
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs
- Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
- Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of HVAC experience in residential and commercial service
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with equipment installation, repairs, maintenance, and ductwork
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in Florida weather
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- English required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-efficiency systems, inverter equipment, and heat pumps
- NATE Certification (Preferred but not required)
- Experience using digital service software or mobile field applications
