Elite Men's Health is expanding to Conway, and we're looking for a friendly and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys providing outstanding customer service while helping patients on their wellness journey.
Our practice specializes in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, wellness, and preventative care in a welcoming, modern clinic environment.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- One 10-hour shift per week
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Opportunity for additional hours as the clinic grows
- No weekends or holidays
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions.
- Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming visits.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records.
- Assist with scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication between patients and the clinical team.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support daily front office operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
- Previous medical office or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
