Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit accurate owner billings in accordance with contractual requirements
Ensure job costs are processed correctly and in compliance with internal control standards
Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks
Build and maintain strong working relationships with third‑party subcontractors
Partner closely with project management teams to support exceptional client service and timely payment
Independently manage projects with complex contractual requirements, including certified payroll reporting, diversity and inclusion participation, prevailing wage, and TIF compliance
Prepare cost‑plus, cost‑plus GMP, and lump‑sum billings
Ensure all allowable costs are billed accurately and on time
Track and manage subcontractor lien waivers
Coordinate the billing process with project teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
