We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. If you have a hunter mentality, this is the Company for you. You’ll work with a variety of sectors -- from healthcare to retail, corporate offices to independent businesses -- to show them how our services can not only make their office shine, but also provide a service they need. We provide all necessary training and we offer the support of an established, national company to make you successful.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company policies while meeting client requirements.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce and hubspot to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast future opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and product launches to support business development efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales interactions and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within B2B environments involving technology or industrial products.
- Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales approaches.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- You MUST be a highly-motivated self-starter, with a strong work ethic and exceptional
- customer service skills.
- 1-2 years B2B sales experience.
- Janitorial experience not required but preferred.
- Excellent persuasion skills.
- Ability to adapt and change direction quickly.
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.
- Skilled in MS Office and CRM use.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance.
- Ability to pass background check.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
