LVN licensed in the State of Texas needed to perform home health nursing visits.
Wound care and Wound Vac experience is a huge plus Infusion Therapy experience
LVN must have 1-2 years experience as a home health nurse, good assessment skills, good communication skills and the ability to utilize electronic software.
Must have current First Aid & CPR and TB. Must have current valid Texas Driver's License.
