Duties
- Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment, including injection molding presses, and industrial robots, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies or defects, implementing corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Support process engineering projects by assisting with project scheduling, tooling upgrades, or process validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment with hands-on involvement in process operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in plastics injection molding.
- Experience with PLC programming, robot programming.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.50 per hour
