What You'll Do
- Run the line during service and set the pace
- Lead and train cooks on grill, sauté, and prep
- Hold the line on quality, speed, and cleanliness
- Prep food for line set-up

- 1+ years on a line (lead or training experience a plus)
- Customer service oriented
- Calm under a rush, sharp on details
- Reliable, on time, drama-free
- Mediterranean experience a plus, not required
