Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and has an interest in vaping products. This role is all about customer experience — helping guests, answering questions, and keeping the shop running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
- Assist customers in selecting vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Verify customer age and follow all compliance regulations
- Stay up to date on new products and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn about vape products and brands
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be 21+
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
