Impact We are looking for a full-time Compensation Analyst who supports compensation programs through market pricing, data analysis, reporting, and program administration. This role helps ensure compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
LOCATION: Remote U.S.
TRAVEL: 10%
What You’ll Do:
Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses.
Support job evaluation and salary grade review processes.
Analyze pay data, salary structures, and internal equity.
Assist with annual compensation planning activities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and compensation summaries.
Validate and maintain compensation data accuracy.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree required.
2-4 years of compensation, HR analytics, or related experience.
Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
Experience with Payfactors, Salary.com, Power BI, and Power Query preferred.
CCP, GRP, CCBA, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
