Instead, this is a position for a Service Advisor. These are convicted people who absolutely love to serve and connect with others.
What you'll be doing:
- Connecting with and designing offers with clients that meet their wants and needs. This includes discovering the client's vision, making recommendations, and estimating the cost and materials of the painting project.
- Follow up and manage your pipeline effectively.
- Networking with potential referral partners, roofers, realtors etc.
- Documenting important project details in a CRM to hand off to the production team.
Note: This job does not require project management. You will sell the service, and a different team will fulfill it.
