Rice Thai Cuisine is looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our team!
As a server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and keeping a warm, welcoming environment. You’ll also assist with to-go orders by taking, packing, and ensuring accuracy.
Compensation & Perks:
- $14/hour base wage + shared tips (avg. $6/hour) = approx. $20/hour total
- All tips are pooled and shared equally among the team for both dine-in and takeout orders (we succeed together).

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team (we share tips because everyone contributes)
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
