The OpportunityWe are seeking a Commercial Millwork Carpenter to join our production team. In this role, you will build custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, fixtures, and themed environments for a wide variety of projects. Your time will be spent in our production facility, collaborating with skilled craftspeople to produce high-quality work, with occasional opportunities to support on-site installations and field work.

What You’ll Do
- Build and assemble cabinetry, architectural millwork, fixtures, and custom assemblies.
- Fabricate plastic laminate cabinetry and architectural millwork.
- Work with solid surface materials, including fabrication and finishing.
- Install countertops, cabinetry, hardware, and finish carpentry details.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and construction documents.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate project progress and material needs with the Production Operations Manager.
- Support shop and field installations as project schedules require.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Help identify production challenges and work collaboratively to solve them.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with professional experience in commercial millwork, cabinet making, finish carpentry, architectural interiors, or a related trade. Equivalent combinations of experience and skill will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Commercial millwork, cabinetry, or finish carpentry.
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and construction documents.
- Plastic laminate and wood veneer fabrication.
- Solid surface fabrication, such as Corian® or similar materials.
- Countertop fabrication and installation.
- Staining, finishing, and detailing high-quality millwork.
- Operating commercial woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Working independently while contributing to a collaborative production team.
- Familiarity with CAD-based workflows; experience with Shapr3D, Fusion 360, or similar 3D modeling software.
