We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or hotel cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and products is a plus.
- A strong background in hospitality will enhance your ability to meet guest expectations effectively.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
