HFS Trainer for Neurodivergent Children, Full-time
Location: serving children mainly at Fremont and East Bay, California
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated HFS Trainer to join our team in the afternoons. When children are scheduled, you will conduct one-on-one HFS training sessions. During times without training sessions, you will assist our operation marketing team with outreach.
About HFS
HFS (Hope Focus System), based on Neuroscience, is a unique brain training and evidence based program that helps children improve their focus, emotional-regulation, execution and learning ability through structured movement, sensory integration, and bone-conduction music.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children to deliver HFS training sessions
- Guide children through HFS structured movement and music-listening activities
- Utilize HFS system to provide feedbacks to the training system
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Qualifications
- Experiences working with neurodivergent kids
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Background in education, psychology, kinesiology, or related fields
- Patient, reliable, and willing to learn new methods
- Passion for working with neurodivergent children and helping them succeed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Training Provided
No prior experience with HFS is required. We provide full training and certification to become an HFS Trainer.
Schedule
- Exercise HFS training 20 sessions per week
- Flexible hours, 6-days a week
Compensation
- $70K+, based on experience and qualifications
