La Escondida is looking for 3-5 friendly, energetic servers to join our team for WEEKENDS.
Location: Orange Park (Jacksonville area)
Shifts: FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY
Evening shifts: 4PM - 10PM OR 6PM - 2AM
Pay: $150 - $250 per DAY — based on tickets. The more drink tickets you receive from guests, the more you earn.
Requirements: 21+, reliable, outgoing, customer service experience preferred, must be available Fri-Sun nights

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks, wines, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation or bar service when needed, demonstrating versatility in food industry tasks such as food handling and beverage service
- Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining atmosphere
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with fine dining settings or high-volume restaurants is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
