We’re a litigation boutique led by a former Big Law partner with offices in Sausalito and Newport Beach. We love our clients and handle matters across a variety of practice areas that most often concern commercial or business litigation of some sort, and always require collaboration and original thinking. Qualified applicants will have at least five years of experience in civil litigation.
The ideal candidate will share our commitment to service and have superior legal writing and analytical skills. A major plus is substantial experience in drafting pleadings, legal research, propounding and responding to discovery, and motion practice. Big Law refugees welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to and effective litigation strategies for clients; and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare pleadings and documents; and assist across all stages of pretrial and trial tasks (including but not limited to case initiation, motion practice, discovery, trial prep, etc.).
- Appear at depositions, mediations/arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and Bachelor's degree
- California Bar membership required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; superior research and writing skills
- Strong legal knowledge

Annual Salary: $180,000-$220,000 (depending on experience)
