Assembly Technician (3rd Shift)
Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler with hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow into advanced equipment operation (forklift, overhead crane).
What You’ll Do:
- Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and torque tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions independently
- Assemble components involving hydraulic and electrical systems
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to production standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Pay: $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
