You're the first smile our patients see, the reassuring voice on the phone, and the person who helps create an experience that feels warm, welcoming, and personal from beginning to end.

What You'll Do
As our Front Desk Concierge, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience by:
- Greeting every patient with warmth and professionalism
- Checking patients in and out efficiently
- Scheduling appointments and helping patients plan future treatments
- Answering phones, texts, and emails with confidence and kindness
- Assisting patients with questions about appointments, services, and products
- Processing payments and accurately managing patient accounts
- Maintaining provider schedules and assisting with daily workflow
- Helping keep the reception area, treatment rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and inviting
- Restocking retail products and office supplies as needed
- Supporting the clinical team throughout the day
- Assisting with inventory and retail displays
- Helping maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere for every patient
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is:
- Naturally friendly and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable multitasking without feeling overwhelmed
- A confident communicator—in person, over the phone, and through text
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Able to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
Most importantly, you're someone who treats every patient like a guest, not just another appointment on the schedule.
Experience
Preferred:
- Previous front desk, concierge, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
- Experience in a medical office, dental office, spa, salon, or medspa is a plus
- Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic medical records is helpful but not required
