We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our in-office retail team. This is a fully in-person position and is not remote, hybrid, or work-from-home. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, learning new technology, and contributing to a team-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming in-store experience
- Assist customers with wireless products and service options
- Answer questions and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build positive customer relationships to support repeat business
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and offerings
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer and math skills
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the Yonkers location
Compensation & Benefits:
