The Kitchen Exhaust Night Manager is responsible for overseeing nightly preparation, warehouse operations, crew support, and quality control activities to ensure kitchen exhaust cleaning teams are fully equipped and prepared to complete safe, efficient, and high-quality service. This role serves as a key support position between field crews, operations management, and warehouse functions.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced nighttime environment.
Key Responsibilities
Crew Preparation & Nightly Operations
Prepare equipment, supplies, and job materials needed for cleaning crews before nightly dispatch.
Ensure crews have the proper tools, chemicals, safety equipment, and documentation required for each job.
Review schedules and assist with coordinating crew departures, routes, and job readiness.
Communicate with field teams throughout the night to provide support and resolve operational issues.
Assist with last-minute changes, supply needs, and logistical challenges.
Warehouse Management & Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Perform routine warehouse inspections and ensure equipment is properly stored, maintained, and ready for use.
Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
Receive, organize, and stage materials and equipment.
Assist with equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacement needs.
Filter Cleaning Operations
Oversee and perform kitchen exhaust filter cleaning processes.
Ensure filters are properly cleaned, inspected, organized, and prepared for delivery or installation.
Maintain filter inventory and track customer-specific filter requirements.
Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Logistics Support
Assist with coordinating equipment, supplies, and materials for field crews.
Support transportation and delivery needs as required.
Help ensure crews have everything necessary to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and operational needs.
Crew Quality Control & Compliance
Perform quality control checks on completed crew work to ensure company standards are met.
Review job photos, reports, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to crews and management.
Ensure safety procedures, cleaning standards, and customer expectations are consistently followed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in operations, warehouse management, field service, or a related industry preferred.
Experience with kitchen exhaust cleaning, maintenance, or commercial cleaning is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift equipment and supplies and perform physical warehouse duties.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Work Schedule
Primarily overnight hours to support field cleaning operations. Working hours are Sunday evening to Friday AM- 3rd Shift

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
